• I currently do not accept insurance claims but am happy to provide receipts for you to claim directly from your provider. 

• ​As small business owners and as appointment based businesses, we are unable to fill an appointment at the last minute. Small businesses also incur other costs during an unattended appointment. Please kindly give me 24 hours notice if you are not able to attend, otherwise a full missed fee applies.
